The Paulus Stewart Economy Tenderiser is a manually operated machine designed for tenderising boneless meat in a primal form. The benefit of tenderising in a primal form with a swivelling board means the needles rarely pierce the same hole. This means when the meat is sliced it is almost impossible to see that the meat has been tenderised. Although on appearance there is no change, the meat will eat significantly more tenderly.
